Bienvenue! Bienvenidos! Willkommen! Salve!
Welcome to the new SCFLTA blog! We are starting this fun, new way to allow for feedback from members, provide a way for other people to ask questions, and to keep everyone informed of interesting things going on in the areas of Foreign Language Education!
Please feel free to visit anytime and let us hear from you!
You can participate in the blog in a couple of different ways. I used to be a French teacher in SC, from 1978 to 1991. After that, I moved to the school library media center. In 2003, I retired from SC public schools and moved to France. Now I teach English to French business men and women.
While I am very happy in my job, I miss the connection with teaching in an American high school. I'd love to be able to answer questions about la vie française, if any of you French teachers are interested.
